Summary:
As necessary, when Amity Street is fully closed by railroads called CSX Transportation (single track across Amity Street) or Norfolk-Southern Railroad (3 tracks across Amity Street), or by the Borough of Homestead for planned or unplanned work, blocked grade crossings or train emergencies, the following detour must be initiated for each route.
In the event of planned long term grade crossing work by either or both railroads, separate detours will be provided.
In the event of a partial (directional) closure by any entity, a separate detour will be provided.
