    Summary:

    Due to concrete barriers installed on Penn Avene at N Aiken Avenue for the Penn Avene for the Penn Avenue Phase II Roadway Reconstruction and Streetscape Project, it has been determined that buses can no longer safely make the right turn onto Penn Avenue from N Aiken Avenue.

    Therefore, beginning with the start of service on Saturday July 11, 2026, the 89 - Garfield Commons will detour via Kincaid Street and N Graham Street.

    This will remain in effect until further notice.
