Know Before You Go
No matter where you're heading, PRT offers several tools to help you get where you're going when you need to be there.
Every PRT vehicle is equipped with a GPS tracker that can be tracked in real-time via TrueTime. The site also has an easy-to-use trip planner and other useful information.
All of our vehicles accept cash and we offer a variety of fares and passes to make getting to your destination seamless.
When you arrive at your stop and a vehicle is approaching, make sure you check the illuminated head sign above the vehicle's windshield for the route number. If you're not sure it's the correct one, ask the operator before you board.
Once you're on your vehicle, have a seat and watch for your stop. Our vehicles are equipped with visual displays that will tell you the next stop name.
When the vehicle is approaching your stop or station, pull the yellow cord along the window to let the operator know you'd like them to exit.
